Cultivate SPACE was created as a home for sharing a lifetime's worth of experiences, formal and informal knowledge, and the best of my gifts - the things 'that I just know how to do and I've always known'.
In my experience, who you work with is just as important as what you learn - because it's in the space of connection and co-creation that the magic happens. So here's little about me and the story of
Cultivating SPACE...
For over 20 years, I poured myself into a wide variety of roles—podiatrist, risk management professional working in high risk industry, change manager, management consultant at EY and Director of a boutique consultancy for behaviour change programs. On the outside, it looked like I was chasing success and ticking all the boxes. On the inside, I was striving to be the 'good enough' role model for myself and my kids.
Hi, I'm Olivia...

But after burning out one too many times, I knew something had to change. I couldn’t keep running on empty, pretending it was enough.
So I made the hardest and most liberating decision: I stopped.
I gave myself permission to pause. To unravel. To marinate in the discomfort of the big questions:
Is this it?
What truly matters to me?
How do I become the version of me that thrives?
How do I do something that has intergenerational impact?

Those questions reshaped me. Over the next few years, I practiced slowing down. And it was hard - painfully hard at times. I had to relearn how to simply be: hiking in nature, reconnecting with my loved ones, playing with my kids, creating art, reading for pleasure and slowly, gently reintroducing myself to my nervous system.
It wasn't linear, neat or easy - but it was transformative.
I began to discover the power of self-leadership: listening to and integrating the different parts of me, practising boundaries, leaning into energy work. I learned how to live from a place of spaciousness and authenticity. And I could feel the difference — not just in me, but in my family. Things that once bothered me simply didn’t anymore.
The next chapter arrived through my daughter’s neurodiversity assessment. Sitting with her process sparked something in me: a realisation. I realised I’ve always thought differently and never quite fit neatly into a box. Through the lens of neurodivergence, it finally made sense.
Naming it has been profoundly healing. It’s given me a new layer of self-compassion and a thousand little ah-ha moments — reframing my story and others like me through a kinder, more curious lens.
Now, I find myself at a place where I am ready to “un-retire” and re-emerge — but this time from a sustainable, authentic foundation.
Cultivate SPACE is the expression of that choice — a place to share knowledge, lived experience and practical frameworks grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system regulation and energy work.
My work is about guiding others in developing self-leadership, remembering their gifts, navigating and integrating life’s transitions, and creating the space to make embodied, intentional choices.

What is it that you do for your Clients?

I create space for them to be seen and heard; allowing them to realise they already have what they need to get from here to there… wherever that may be.
I hold the mirror and encourage them not to look away, to breathe while their system adjusts to what they see and feel.
I put words to the unasked and sometimes uncomfortable questions. The ones that guide self-orientation, a remembering of their internal compass and the choice that comes with moving in a direction.
I’m the metronome keeping a steady pace for them to experiment, practice consistency and learn their internal rhythm.
I create and enforce the pause so that they begin to steep in their knowing of what’s in the way is the way, and they are right on time.
I provide a sharing of knowledge, lived experience, empathic curiosity, and a gift for reading energy and creative insight… all in service to my client so that they can take what resonates, leave what doesn’t and form their own path.
I position my back to sit and lean against theirs, so that when they are ready, I’m there to push and balance against, remaining until they rise to a position of autonomy, balance, and self-mastery.
