A
of working
At Cultivate Space, the way we work together is intentional from the very beginning. My coaching containers are designed to be deep, transformative and boundaried — a powerful antidote to the thinking-focused, open-ended models of traditional therapy or coaching.
Unlike the traditional health model — which often teaches people to outsource their knowing to experts or diagnoses — I work from the belief that you already hold the wisdom you seek. My role is not to diagnose or fix. I’m not a therapist. I’m a guide, a mirror, a teacher and a fiercely compassionate space-holder.
I will walk beside you, not in front of you. I may offer perspectives, reflections, energetic regulation or tools that support your journey — but always with the understanding that your Self knows the way.
You Are the Expert of You
Sessions are 90 to 120 minutes — long enough to soften the edges, go deep without rushing, integrate insights and transition gently back into the world. Time is part of the medicine - a cultivation practice.
This format honours the body, nervous system and spirit. It allows space to slow down, notice, feel and listen deeply — to what’s present, what’s emerging and what’s ready to shift.
Cultivation for Depth and Integration
The work I offer isn’t casual or surface-level. It’s not a quick fix or a single appointment squeezed between errands.
It’s for those who are ready to commit to the discomfort and beauty of real change.
That’s why I don’t offer one-off sessions. While I do honour an initial meeting to see if we’re aligned, true transformation unfolds in relationship — through trust, time and commitment. Together, we co-create a container that invites healing, wholeness and your return to Self-leadership.
No One-Off Sessions. Beyond Surface-Level

What Makes This Different?
I don’t just teach self-leadership, integration or nervous system regulation — I live it.
This work is not theoretical for me; it’s embodied. Ongoing personal and professional growth is a foundational part of how I hold space with integrity.
I walk the path I guide others through — with my own IFS therapist, supervision and continued education in trauma-informed and somatic modalities.
I see this work as a co-creation — of not just individual change, but something that aims at 'breaking cycles' and intergenerational impact.
So I am looking to work with people that are aligned on the long game.
